We know your day might not suit other guests so we offer this exclusive use service so as to allow you to plan out your visit just as you want it. We can arrange breakfast at a time to suit you along with options for afternoon tea so that you can make the most of your activities or plans here in the Cairngorms National Park.

Exclusive use pacakages at Pine Ridge Carrbridge near Aviemore mean that we work around your needs and you have the private use of the house but with discreet and friendly serviced arrangements to suit you.

Shooting
Feel free to head off at dawn returning for a hot bath and breakfast. Afternoon tea can be arranged and if wanted an early lights out and quite house can be guaranteed for your party.

Fishing
As with our shooting parties we will accmmodate your time keeping to suit your fishing plans. We are only 15 mins from Grantown on Spey and have an ample double garage to store rods and tackle overnight.

Wildlife watching
Head off for the dawn watch and return when it suits you to the comfort of Pine Ridge and a hearty breakfast. If you are up the mountain later in the day come back to Pine Ridge and relax before heading out for a meal at one of the local restuarants.

Golfing
We have 8 courses all within 30 mins drive from Carrbridge. Why not use Pine Ridge as a base where there is no need to rush if it's a late morning tee time. Secure garage for clubs and ample drying facilities along with shoe cleaning is available. 

Families and Touring
Pine Ridge Carrbridge is an ideal base to tour the Caingorms National Park and all that it has to offer. We are ideally placed to head south to the Cairngorm mountain range, Aviemore or head east over the Lecht to Royal Deeside or an hour will take you to the banks of Loch Ness. Whatever your have in mind, we will time breakfast to suit your plans for each day. Afternoon tea can be arranged.
