How to get to Pine Ridge - its easy!

Getting here

If you are looking for bed and breakfast in the Cairngorms National Park or near Aviemore Pine Ridge is ideally located for easy access by: train, plane, car, bus, bike or by foot. Check us out on Google map

Train

Carrbridge train station is on the main line to Inverness. Take a train and we will pick you up from the station. Just give us a call and we will do the rest at this end.

Plane

Inverness has more and more connections from all over the country. Check out the cheap flight options, fly to Inverness and we are 40 minutes by car from the airport.

Car

The A9 passes to the west of Carrbridge. For satnav users enter PH23 3AA

From the south come off at the Aviemore north junction and follow the signs for Carrbridge.

From the north coming south on the A9 take the A938 signposted for Carrbridge and Grantown.

From Aberdeen head for Grantown over the Lecht on the A939 and at Grantown take the A95, turn right at the sign to Dulnain Bridge and follow the A938 to Carrbridge.


Pine Ridge is on the main street and is about 200m into town from the Landmark Heritage Park.

Bus

More of a challenge on the bus! Good news is that there is a bus stop right outside the house. Timetables of buses from Inveness, Aviemore, Grantown on Spey are available at www.traveline.co.uk

Bike

This is the way to get here. 9 miles from Aviemore station, 1 mile from Carrbridge station. Cycle here and we will look after you bike in our locked garage while you eat, refuel and enjoy the place. Carrbridge is on the national cycle route 7, its only ½ a mile from Pine Ridge and a steaming hot bath!
